    We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.     Ditch the workout, join the party!  This class is ideal for students (of all ages) who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.

    Zumba Toning is great for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! Zumba Toning adds the challenge resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights) to help you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Get the benefits by using lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance the sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

    Designed exclusively for kids, Zumba KIDS classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more.

    Parents love Zumba KIDS because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination.

    Teen Fitness Jam is a weekly class for youth Grade 6 and up. During this class we will explore different fitness programs to build strong bodies and healthy habits. It is important to build a strong foundation for celebrating and honouring our bodies so that we can nurture and respect them throughout our lives. Through different fitness modalities we will get our bodies moving, build our core strength and confidence, learn new skills, express ourselves, and most importantly have fun and meet new friends.

    Strong is perfect for fitness enthusiasts and students looking for a more challenging, high intensity interval training workout. The music in STRONG by Zumba™ was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. Moving in sync with music makes you work harder. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburner.

    Join a community of seniors and older adults for a gentle total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level. Senior Stretch and Strength classes are designed to increase flexibility, balance, joint stability, coordination, muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance.

    This class is also great for those returning to fitness or recovering from injury.
    Have fun and move to the music as you alternate non-impact aerobic choreography with upper-body strengthening exercises using hand-held weights and Therabands . A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation.

    Our classes focus on the basics of hoop dance and incorporates both on-body and off- body tricks. It is low-impact on your joints while providing fantastic exercise and core fitness moves.     Start your day off strong. This class will have you feeling great for the rest the day. The poses will emulate the morning sun, starting low and rising high. We will flow through various vinyasas using the basic and foundation poses of yoga.

    Known as the ‘yogic sleep’, Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice for deep body and mind relaxation which can alleviate many stress-related disorders. A session lasts typically 60 minutes and is practiced lying in savasana (on your back) while you listen to the words of the teacher leading you through guided visualization, body scanning and breath work.

    Yoga Nidra can help you overcome physical and emotional problems such as asthma, insomnia, hypertension, digestive disorders and depression. The aim of the practice is to guide you through levels of consciousness between full alertness and sleep, where deep healing and significant positive changes can take place. Suitable for absolutely everyone.

    Experience a 90 minute sound healing session.
    Rejuvenate through deep relaxation, release emotions, energetic blocks and limiting holding patterns, Reenergize your body, Reinvigorate your spirit, and Reconnect to the real you!

    Our body is made up of 80% water- and as sound travels much faster in water than in air, applying sound directly to the body powerfully affects our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual states. Lying down, you will receive sounds that are designed to dislodge holding patterns and move stagnant energy through your body, sending you into deep relaxation and invigorating you with renewed energy. Singing bowls (both Tibetan metal bowls and crystal singing bowls) will be placed around you and on you throughout the session. The soothing subtle energy of sound will travel through you with relaxing healing waves that vibrate within the cells of your body releasing and renewing. The gentle flow of sound waves aligns your mental, emotional and physical body with greater clarity and harmony.

    Do you know or want to learn world percussion and hand drumming? Have you ever wanted to try African drumming or to learn to play a djembe? Or… have you done some drumming and want to learn more traditional rhythms and improve your technique? Well this Community Drum Circle is for you.

    Experience healing rhythms of world percussion and learn how to drum. Open to all ages and levels of experience. World percussion and drums provided, or bring your own.
